One of our last order before the Christmas, 750 cups of Signature Milk Tea with Pearls and 750 bowls Signature Dessert Bowl.
Due to the time constraint in order to maintain the freshness of our drinks and desserts, in addition to put manpower into consideration, this quantity its a new challenge for us.
After much experiments on the SOP and operation meetings, we managed to plan and completed the order on time and most importantly delivering a standard quality to our clients.
